We were told that a serious career follows a clean line: choose, specialise, climb. For many of us, reality looks more like a night map — lights, detours and connections that only become visible in retrospect.
Having several practices does not signal a lack of discipline. It can mean that the same curiosity is working in different contexts. Strategy, technology, culture and creation can strengthen each other when we can explain the thread connecting them.
Do not try to look simpler than you are. Build clear language for your complexity: the problem you solve, the perspective you bring and the energy you create in a team. Coherence does not come from one title. It comes from the values repeated across everything you do.
